TORONTO, June 24, 2019 - SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2020 Data Center Automation Data Quadrant Awards, naming four gold medalists based on excellent user reviews. The following vendors are leaders according to software users’ answers to some very interesting questions focused on user satisfaction, which have been crafted by seasoned IT industry analysts and backed by 22 years of IT research:

·         Micro Focus Data Center Automation
·         Red Hat Ansible Automation
·         ConnectWise Automate

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

Each vendor earned top product in four areas. Micro Focus Data Center Automation, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +84, received its highest score for  usability and intuitiveness. Red Hat Ansible Automation, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +82,was awarded its highest score in a tie for ease of administration, business value created, and task scheduling. ConnectWise Automate, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +78,earned its highest score for compliance monitoring.

In general, data center automation software users were most satisfied with task monitoring and multi-site functionality – and were most dissatisfied with product strategy and rate of improvement capabilities, along with product features that integrate with third-party tools.
