This seamless unity is its strongest selling point for businesses already using or planning to use Zoho's comprehensive suite, especially the Zoho One bundle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless Integration with the Zoho Ecosystem: This is often cited as the primary unique selling point. For businesses that already use other Zoho applications (like Zoho CRM, Mail, or Projects), Cliq offers a unified experience, making it effortless to share data, collaborate, and get notifications across all their business tools without switching context
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most frequent and frustrating complaints are about the mobile app experience often being inconsistent. Users report needing to refresh or restart the app to see the correct online status of colleagues, delayed notifications, and slow loading, especially for file sharing.
