Zoho books has templates that one can use to customize his work and saves a lot of time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the user interface of the software and the pricing of the tool which is so easy to use and to understand, also all work done can be exported

What do you dislike most about this product?

I did not like the customer support team because they do respond to technical questions on time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool because it is easy to understand and to use
