What differentiates Veeva Vault from other similar products?

Great options for communicating edits, modification requests, and seeing document life cycles. Can see history and markup terribly easily. Straightforward to look up documents for use too. Vault could be a good way to store, move things (documents, images, etc.) through numerous stages of approval and expose/publish content to alternative applications. Having to provide an ideal package solution for advanced business processes and conjointly the integration capabilities. I even have worked for the shoppers Glaxo Smith kline and Astellas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is straightforward & easy to use. I even have used different sponsor-specific eTMF’ however Veeva Vault is my Favorite. I’m also the SME for Veeva Vault in my company. You’ll find any document with only one tag word and it’ll show up. Additionally pulling up different reports is straightforward as per your demand as compared to alternative eTMF’. You’ll bulk transfer in Veeva Vault & if there’s any duplication it’s so quick that it shows up if any duplication is present. Additionally, information to be filled is also terribly less.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The rapid rate of modification of the platform, and difficulty finding experienced users to hire. The implementation section is very important: if there aren’t any established processes in place before implementation it’s hard to get smart use of the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a good system, however, there will be plenty to learn, thus confirming there’s a skill in the company who will train on the systems.
