It has unique features such as surebackup, you can have a full automated sandbox for all the purposes, it's so easy to use and it's reliable

The simplicity of the console, and it's reliability

Nothing, it's the best backup software in the market in my opinion

What differentiates Veeam Availability Suite from other similar products?

The breadth of features and flawless integration with all of your systems is great. It's very easy to set up your backups and test to make sure you are ready in the event of disaster recovery.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of features is unmatched in other products and it's very straightforward in it's execution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The need for it, but in IT it's crucial to have your systems backed up and ready for recovery.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn the system and its capabilities and dive in. Once set up you'll love the peace of mind of having recovery a few clicks away. Be sure and test your backups on a regular basis.

What differentiates Veeam Availability Suite from other similar products?

Veeam takes a unique approach to backups, using image-based backups instead of the conventional file-based backups. By capturing the entirety of the virtual machine, image-based backups simplify the process of quickly recovering complete systems.

Virtual Machine Backup Automatically discovers and protects VMs as they come online, move, and change. Production VMs are replicated to a secondary data store.

Backup Automation Solution automates backup, recovery and remediation tasks using RestAPI and CLI to integrate with 3rd party solutions, reduce cost and enforce standards.

Replication for Long Term Storage and Disaster Recovery Onsite backup data is replicated and stored to a public cloud (AWS, Azure). Can also include restore-to-cloud capabilities for Disaster Recovery as a Service.

Deduplication Implementation Deduplication of redundant data blocks is implemented by the solution. Deduplication can be at source, target, or globally (source and target).

Automated Backup Testing and Verification Goes beyond monitoring whether backup jobs completed by verifying the integrity of data restoration.

Replication for High Availability Beyond secondary copy backup, the solution also manages replication of primary data host-to-host and site-to-site for live failover and high availability.

File Explorer Granular Restore Individual files can be located and restored from backup media without the need for full system mounting and restore.

Backup Monitoring and Reporting Backup and replication are continually monitored for status and effectiveness. Detailed reporting is available on successful and unsuccessful operations.
