What differentiates Validity DemandTools from other similar products?

Ease-of-use, ease of setup and integration with Salesforce. Almost no pre-work, just connect it, authorize it and go.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Organization-wide scenarios you can share and reuse amongst your team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No reporting cleanup like Legacy DemandTools, but not an end all be all by any means.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out using their FREE browser-based version. Even that is super robust for a free tool.
