The platform manages data inventory / mapping, risk and vendor assessments, PIAs / DPIAs, cookie consent, direct marketing consent, individual rights, and TRUSTe certifications. Select the modules you need, and add more at any time. Optional consulting and managed services are available to help with implementation and ongoing operations.

What differentiates TrustArc from other similar products?

TrustArc has constantly updated templates as everything evolves, allowing us to progress and keep up to date with new privacy regulations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TrustArc is a great tool that provides seamless end-to-end privacy that allows us to browse safely and consistently without running into any glitches along the way. I like that it has centralized tools and the capacity it has for risk management. I like that it is constantly updated with much more improved functions, and that the customer support is undoubtedly quite attentive and efficient in solving problems. Identify sensitive data quickly and automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is constantly evolving, it can be difficult to adapt every time there is an update, this can take work, and it really shows that there are certain functions that need improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TrustArc is a powerful tool, albeit with a bit of a steep learning curve, but with quite efficient features and tools.
