SmartRecruiters Collaborate is my favorite feature, it helps me to collaborate with all my freelance team

I would love an integration with EU job posting sites

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?

Its unique combination of advanced features and CRM functionality sets it apart from competing products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To apply for real jobs, I've used SmartRecruiters. I am able to monitor my progress at every stage of the recruiting process. I have access to the applicant's and recruiter's interview dates, ratings, and communications. A job seeker can use this to communicate with hiring managers directly. I have referred a friend to this site in order to help them find employment. You can make referrals with ease thanks to the streamlined user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I haven't found anything I particularly dislike, but one addition I would like to see is the possibility of taking tests and doing interviews online.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With its user- and candidate-friendly interface, this software comes highly recommended from me. The candidate experience can be improved by using social media, encouraging teamwork among recruiters, and providing access to apps with individualized settings.

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?

Using SmartRecruiters was a great experience considering how easy it was to use, and it was easy for other departments to be engaged using this platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to set up and use, and deploy in multiple locations. Allows for hiring teams to have full access to all candidates and share information with each other along the hiring process

What do you dislike most about this product?

They were constantly emailing us multiple times a day before the check was sent out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

simplicity of interface, enabling collaboration of hiring managers, open APIs to integrate with other platforms, likeness to other social tools that enables ease of use and adoption, and ability to customize and create platform adjustments without change ticket costs or depending on the ATS provider to make the changes
