What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?

The SmartRecruiter UI is unique when compared to other Applicant Tracking Systems. It is simpler to use than many of the other enterprise platforms, especially for global employers. I have used it for both an SMB and global enterprise businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of onboarding/learning was great. There was not a large learning curve; I was able to pick it up immediately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting capabilities were average, which is critical for enterprise hiring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a global employer, don't overlook SmartRecruiter; it has a better UI, clean integration, and is easier to use than many of the other competitors on the market.
