What differentiates SAS Business Intelligence & Analytics from other similar products?

we using Power BI and Google Cloud Plataform to perform data processes and storage and data visualization. This is business decision. SAS does not bad to work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Data science capability and data transform using data steps is usefull, in the new version using R and Python its more confortable to do data science. This is the strong arm of SAS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

to use in transactional propouses it's hard to develop and share. the PII problem can solve with SHA256 cypher., but not easy to select public to show confidencial data. Connect with Excel is easy with the plugin, but I can export easily to GCP where is our repository directly. We need to save CSV with SAMBA and share on the network folder to be read with GCP. See it? too many steps to do anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The exportation capabilities is a point. SAS7BDAT does have a public connector direct to Azure Databricks and Apache Bean (GCP)

SAS is good for statical modeling predictive analysis machine learning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can build a prediction model right in SAS and directly publish to Bi Dashboard.
