What differentiates Sage Business Cloud Accounting from other similar products?

Sage Business Cloud Accounting in my experience was notoriously slow in allowing integrations with other apps such as HubSpot CRM, even though Sage users from the UK and Republic of Ireland could integrate. I'm not sure why South Africa was specifically unable to. Whether I was an oversight or deliberate I will never know

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless syncing of the bank to update the bank statements (when it worked).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complexity of use when compared to Xero or Quickbooks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create your account list structure before you start using the software because it becomes difficult to change account structure once you have live data

Thre is definitely an ease which which handling the implementation team and support team felt with Sage vs the past experiences with major names.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the customizability is above the industry standard and deserves greater praise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was less flexibility aroudn the costing structure, but you realize the value of it only once you start.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do the research with 3 big name vendors, 3 mid-sized and then put Sage somewhere in the middle.
