Product gives more isolation to industrial usecases where user can just blindly plug n play without any extra configurations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Features and template segregation based on usecase in different industrial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not so technically friendly to integrate in other platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best for non technical user mostly agent driven prompts work but when it comes to integration of another platform then it is not upto mark.

For my use case, the key differentiation was ease of use with LinkedIN

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Customer Service team was amazing to deal with: responsive, helpful, always solution oriented

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found the credit system to be a challenge when working at different tiers. This was especially true at the beginning when trying to figure out how many credits I'd need. You can buy more credits at any time of course - however - the automation would cease without notification and I wouldn't always see it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Love this product. Key for me was the customer service and support as well as the ease of integration especially LinkedIn!
