What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

QuickBooks Online is a remarkably user-friendly platform with an extensive array of features that empower small businesses to effectively oversee their financial matters. It facilitates the creation of invoices, efficient expense management, and seamless bank reconciliation. Notably, its integration with your bank streamlines transaction retrieval and offers automated bank statement reconciliation. Furthermore, QuickBooks Online provides valuable training resources in the form of instructional videos, making financial management accessible to any business owner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that bank reconciliations are automated. You simply have to enter the date and ending balance and it auto checks all the transactions. If everything is entered correctly, which is super easy to do given the bank transaction retrieval, its all done. It saves loads of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't have all features that you might need such as job costing or inventory management and sometimes can have bugs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend watching the videos to understand how to use the product. Additionally, if you don't have any accounting experience, having someone help you set up your chart of accounts is recommended. You may be able to have Quickbooks Bookkeepers assist with this.

This product is only designed for small businesses. IF a business has a choice, invest in QB Desktop.
