The direct integration with a top of the line security offerings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with the already well known Panorama as the orchestration part of SD-WAN.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The requirements of using the routing engine that seems outdated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want industry top level security with the SD-WAN abilities without needing different products, this is the way to go.

What differentiates Prisma SD-WAN from other similar products?

Prisma SD-WAN is a next-generation SD-WAN, it is industry’s only next-generation SD-WAN solution that leverage machine learning (ML) and data science for autonomous operations. The solution also gives us deep application visibility, with Layer 7 intelligence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prisma SD-WAN uses software-defined policies for automated, real-time decision-making. This results in optimized performance, greater flexibility, and simplified network management compared to traditional WAN. It enables organizations to gain application service-level agreements (SLAs) and delivers branch services from the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They can improve UI design. Also, they can improve in complete SASE integration and the unified chassis

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask for a demo and measure Prisma against other products, see how it stacks against competing products vis-a-vis The most important thing is to ask them to do a proof of concept. I recommend doing a POC before buying Prisma SD-WAN. This helps you understand how the solution works, If the product seems to suit your needs, clarify any doubts with Palo Alto specialists, identify all costs and know what the pricing will be.
