I never used another product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to customize all the template and drop-down menu on our end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We can't delete items direclty from the Import module when doing BMC data importation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very good product to implement in your organization for a long term relationship. It is very easy to improve every reports and template to follow your needs.

Role-Based Access Enable different levels of access based on role e.g. administrators can modify and see all data or department managers have access only to their data.
