The price and ease of dashboard functionality. Search feature makes contacts easy to find. Workspace is effective for prioritizing daily tasks. It's an overall great product for the price. Love that it resides on the internet as well, no need to install hardware, can be used from any browser.

Honesty have not found anything I don't like.

Don't think twice, just do it if you want to manage your leads and contacts for sales and marketing effectively and efficiently.
