What differentiates LeanIX Enterprise Architecture from other similar products?

Ease of setup and use. This is a product that is very easy to setup maintain, integrate with other applications, such as ServiceNow, Apptio, Flexera, Collibra, etc. Its ease of use provides business value by means of visualization of IT to Business alignment and helps with rationalization, AI adoption, and Tech risk management with simple to read reports and diagrams.,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its flexibility to customize to our needs. and ease to setup reports to help stakeholders make decisions, from multiple points o view, be that business or technology oriented.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some reports lack flexibility to customize layout that could help facilitate visualization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

LeanIX's guidelines for adoption of Use Cases such as Application Portfolio Management are very useful. Bu sure to use them as a baseline when implementing it.

What differentiates LeanIX Enterprise Architecture from other similar products?

The extensibility was key, but having used it over the years and benefited from the ongoing upgrades and enhancements is also great. Some extras are available which we haven't purchased as we don't need to yet. Cultural fit was also key.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to visualise relations is great and it does allow us to then build the relationships between the Business and IT.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unclear cost of Extra options

Make sure you have senior leadership and business buy in
