What differentiates Kaseya Backup & Disaster Recovery from other similar products?

The ease of backup job configuration and deployment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pulling a file based backup and building it in the sandbox, to then browse and select granular files to then restore to original locations automatically, or to a location of my choice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That we have to log into two different portals for the two solutions we have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kaseya keeps buying the software we all use, this has been diminishing the quality of support for the software we have gotten familiar with.
