What differentiates Jaggaer from other similar products?

Jaggaer Sourcing Suite is best is class, it is very simple to use from implementation till create of events and has lot of features and capabilities available in its package.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creation of events and setting its characteristics in Jaggaer is very simple and easy for a beginner user. Secondly, it helps organizations to go towards paper less environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Basically, all the features already available in this suite but every thing is not perfect, I think Jaggaer needs to focus more on this reporting side and make reports as easy as it gets. I think they should introduce crystal reporting in its suite.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I must recommend that you must try this product, all features and functionalities are available in this suite that is required by an organization.

Complex, and difficult to use

Amazing for spend analysis, and strategic sourcing, however, it might be challenging to use for everyone

When Jaggaer acquired new companies to integrate with existing platform transition was a bit slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be flexible and adopt best practices. Don't try to automate your old process.
