Simplifies and optimizes the patch management process in our IT infrastructure. It allows the identification, download, distribution and application of patches for the operating system, applications in a centralized and automated manner. The solution uses patch intelligence to collect and analyze information about the latest software updates and vulnerabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to centralize and automate the patching process greatly simplifies the task of keeping systems up-to-date and secure. In addition, patch intelligence and flexible scheduling ensure that critical patches are applied in a timely and efficient manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of things that could be improved, it would be beneficial to have a wider variety of customizable reporting options to tailor to our specific needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a robust and comprehensive solution to simplify and optimize patch management in IT infrastructure. It is a solid solution to improve the security and performance of our systems. I recommend it.

Accuracy of the patching work being completed

They should provide better integration with ServiceNow to create change tickets and add some automation on implementation and reviewing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the features and reasonable price so it's totally worth it.
