What differentiates IRIS KashFlow from other similar products?

KashFlow is built around HMRC requirements like VAT filing and Making Tax Digital so businesses don’t have to rely on workaround or third-party tools. This reduces compliance risk and saves time during reporting periods.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives a clear real-time view of cash flow, invoices and expenses without the clutter to see in more complex systems. I can quickly understand a company’s financial position without digging through layers of features or reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it works well for small businesses it starts to feel restrictive as financial operations become more complex. The reporting capabilities are fairly basic and there is a lack of advanced analytics or forecasting tools that i'd expect when making more strategic decisions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for simple, cost effective accounting and compliance just don't expect advanced reporting or scalability as your business grows.
