What differentiates Intralinks VIA Pro from other similar products?

The VDRs are a big differentiator, especially for secure document sharing during project collaborations with external partners. It’s a feature that many other platforms don’t offer at the same level of security and functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the granular permissions and audit trails, which give me full control over who can access, edit, or share documents. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access or data leaks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While I personally find it manageable, some of my colleagues have struggled with the initial learning curve. The advanced security features can be overwhelming for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure there’s time allocated for training, especially for team members who might not be as tech-savvy. This will help mitigate the initial challenges and ensure smoother adoption.
