What differentiates IBM StoredIQ Suite from other similar products?
Training is a simpler task, as is updating and additions to our products. The sales staff has been upfront and support, when called, is very respinsive. Past products we have purchased all are lacking in one or more areas listed above. That makes for a frustrating experience
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use. Which makes training quick and new employees ready to use the product on their own sooner
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this point I have nothing to say negatively
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Compare it with what you have implemented presently and against the similar offerings and you will see how this is more efficient, cost effectivness, and ease of implentation that this is a sure winner
