Pretty easy to work with once you get used to it. I liked having most things in one place instead of bouncing between different system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

reporting tools were probably my favorite part. It made it easier to find what I needed and keep track of things without too much digging

What do you dislike most about this product?

little old and not always the easiest to navigate, needs streamlining
