What differentiates Elcom Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?

Elcom is building a new intranet to meet the needs of our staff. The intranet includes a complete library of auditable policies that will make auditing our work much easier and we can have great support throughout.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Elcome team has gone above and beyond to ensure we deliver an intranet that meets the needs of our entire organisation. Their customer service is second to none. They are responsive and provide clear and helpful advice at all times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Any. It was a good experience. And it has a great ability to perfectly recognize the entire mechanism in digital matter.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Elcom has been extremely helpful and quick to understand the needs of our organization. They have provided top notch customer service and support, and have ensured that what we deliver to our staff meets their needs. Highly recommended!
