What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reporting part as we deal with monthly reporting. The institution I work for has a very bureaucratic attitiude to the day-to-day activities, every single action has to be documented and reported accordginy to the senior management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it is not popular in the market and when I talk about it to other colleagues, they have never heard of such a software. I know how to use it and I would like it to be more popular and demanded so that when I change my workplace new employee demands familiarity with this software in order to hire me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Market it better so that more people are aware of it and start using with a reciprocal benefit as both employees and companies will benefit.
