What differentiates Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room from other similar products?

Ease of use and seamless experience. In terms of ease of use, the platform is highly intuitive and easy to navigate / search. We have also never had issues with the platform in terms of downloaded files (which we have encountered with other providers).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Platform usability, UI /UX, customer service, full feature set of capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing is often highest compared to all peers. More transparency in pricing would also help.

What differentiates Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room from other similar products?

We looked at other products but Datasite is one we have been working with for a while and are happy with the services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use for client. Datasite is trustworthy site that works for both those uploading the files and those who need to view them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have received monthly bills that are higher than expected due to file size. It would be helpful if we could set a threshold on a monthly spend so we can know when we are approaching that,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I do not have any specific recommendations for improvement.
