What differentiates Culture Amp from other similar products?

The features of Culture Amp are amazing, it makes it different from all the other competitors in the market, this actually acts as voice for all employees who don't like speaking

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite feature of Culture AMP is the feedback and surveys, this platform helps you get feedback from the internal employees so you can understand your flaws better. This is a must-have product for all

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not encountered any flaws within the platform except for finding it difficult to integrate with other third-party platforms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you really think you will succeed without your employees, you are wrong. This platform helps you understand your pain points and makes you listen to everyone within the company. For long terms strategies we have been using culture amp and within 6 months of using it - We have gained a great competitive advantage. It's a must-have product for all organisations.

What differentiates Culture Amp from other similar products?

It's very easy to use, it helps a lot in reviewing the performance of each employee. When compared with competitors, Culture AMP wins as it is very easy to use and helps the organisation to be organised for conducting quarterly and annual reviews.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say I love how easy it is to create and conduct surveys within the platform. The surveys are customizable and offer everything you need to retain your existing talent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would not say I dislike anything within the platform itself, but the support could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a platform to review all your employees, conduct surveys - This platform does everything it says. Best tool for HR I would say. The reporting feature is the best one available anywhere and employees engagement surveys are the best. I highly recommend this flawless platform and its very essential for all organisations.
