What differentiates ClearCo from other similar products?

I have used many ATSs in my career. ClearCo isn't a truly different product than many out there. The one good thing is that the end user, the applicant, has a very easy process to submit their resume and apply. On average, it took just ten minutes for them to apply on our career site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the end user to not become upset in the application process and that it only took ten minutes to complete an application and submit a resume. This is a win when you work in HR or TA.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found it and my team found it to be very frustrating. To deal with their dedicated customer success manager or client services. It would almost always take days to receive a reply regarding an issue we would have. We have a main corporate account and a few others for our clients that we consulted their ATS. Almost always, the main company's branding would show up in the client's job postings. Even the tech support weren't able to figure it out even though we were promised this would be doable. The teams we worked with just made empty promises, and it an added stress to our very demanding roles. Data on the backend was impossible to get

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have only one account for your company and only a couple admins for the system, this product may be ok for you. Please know if you have many job postings needing to be posted, and you have similar roles that traditionally you would just copy and create a new listing, Clear doesn't have this function and you have to create it all over again. This product could be better, but it is a headache for the admin.
