What differentiates Check Point Harmony Email from other similar products?

The cost was more reasonable than the others we looked at. Implementation was easy. The protection they provide is awesome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seeing what used to get through to our end users relying on O365 security before we implemented Avanan

using their query to set up a block rule can be improved

You won't be sorry. great product, great support from sales and tech support.

What differentiates Check Point Harmony Email from other similar products?

It's easy to use and provides results far beyond anything else we looked into or tested.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It substantially reduced emails containing phishing, malware, and spam. We had users that were concerned their spam boxes were no longer full after we first implemented.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are occasional quirks in the interface or improvements that might be made, but they are rare.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to them and I think you will easily see what sets them apart. I think everything they sold us on they have been able to deliver us on.

What differentiates Check Point Harmony Email from other similar products?

Avanan is an excellent product. Setup and installation takes no time and you start seeing benefits immediately. My favorite part of this product is the ability to easily mass delete phishing messages from users mailboxes. It is able to give you great insight to what unauthorized programs are being used on the network with the Shadow IT reporting category. The Data Loss Prevention section makes it easier to manage your sensitive data by blocking or encrypting email messages automatically. Avanan also gives you insight to login attempts in an easy to read dashboard. The added benefit of being able to scan OneDrive and SharePoint to search for malware makes this product a no brainer. Avanan blocks more phishing and spam than Office 365 by itself. If you use Office 365 and you want to enhance your security to take advantage of all the cloud opportunities this product is just the thing you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to remove phishing messages from users mailboxes easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I couldn't find anything I didn't like. It sounded like they are always improving and adding new features as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have the money for it, it is a great product that is easy to integrate and use, so I wouldn't think twice about getting it.
