What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its automation capabilities and extensive features

What do you dislike most about this product?

It offers a wide range of features which can be overwhelming at times. Its mobile app needs to mature and be more user friendly and feature rich.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Allocate sufficient time for the implementation and do not rush as it is a bit complex in the initial days. Engage your team in the onboarding process to ensure they are comfortable with the platform. Also consider few other similar products in the market and take a decision based on your needs.
