What differentiates Carbonite Cloud-to-Cloud Backup from other similar products?

I don't know about other products. My wife researched this product and thought that it was a good deal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once it's set up, I can let it go on it's own. I don't need to stay right there and monitor it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it doesn't save/recover all files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
