What differentiates Applauz Recognition from other similar products?

The clean user interface and easy to use platform. The depth and breadth of the marketplace. The quality of the service from sales, to implementation, to client services is top notch. I love that they also include pulse surveys with the platform and that the surveys are so customizable!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of the product is the bright, clean, easy to use interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much to dislike. I'd say the only down side is that the leaderboard for Managers does not work unless the managers are also members of their "department." From a pulse survey perspective, we like to leave Managers OUT of the department they are leading so that their survey responses do not influence the overall score for the department itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When compared to other platforms, I like how simple billing is for this product. There is no nickle and diming for for every little add-on feature. You get everything you would want in one simple price. Compared to other platforms this is unique. I also love that this is a Canadian Company.
