What do you dislike most about this product?

the thing I dislike most about Aha! Roadmaps is the learning curve. While the tool is incredibly powerful, it can be overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some of the features and customization options require time to fully understand, which can slow down adoption within teams. I wish there were more intuitive onboarding or simpler ways to get up to speed quickly without feeling overwhelmed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering Aha! Roadmaps, I highly recommend taking the time to thoroughly explore its features and customize it to fit your team’s needs. It's a powerful tool, but to fully harness its potential, you’ll need to invest some time in learning how to integrate it with your existing workflows and tools. I also suggest starting with a smaller project to get comfortable before scaling it across the entire organization. And, definitely take advantage of the support resources – they’re incredibly helpful in guiding you through the more complex features. It’s worth the effort for the long-term benefits in strategy and execution alignment.

I also enjoy linking big picture goals with more specific work, to ensure programs stay on track as they move forward.

There are lots of planning elements in the platform, so it's possible to take some time to get used to the workflow and setup.
