What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

I was concern that my senior clients would have problems with a digital signature, but they all find it super easy. it is superior to the likes of other platforms because it has very clear and easy-to-follow instructions on your screen for everyone. This is best as you do not need to set any complex setup or create an account for the signer. It takes away all the barriers to getting a contract done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can modify the landing page that my clients see after they complete signing the doc. which lets me redirect them back to my website or a quick thank you video which is just a nice personal touch. the click to sign is ultrafast and has the gratifying feeling for a user of seeing that green tick once they are finished. the software is pretty stable and final pdfs are always of very high quality, look wonderful on a screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop app can occasionally consume quite a bit of system memory if you have it running for long periods. To my laptop, i wish it was a bit lighter.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an awesome tool for those who are in the public. it is easy and dependable which will leave your customers very satisfied with the simplicity of it. I highly recommend it to any small business owner looking to streamline their admin work.

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

We send the same disclosure agreement to hundreds of people every month and this software does it perfectly. its much powerful and easy to track as compared to send multiple messages individually. In my view, this is the best tool because it reports so much detail about who opened document and who did not open it it makes it much easier for our hr team to manage large groups of people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The template feature is hands down my favorite because it saves us hours of manual data entry every week. I also appreciate the password protection mechanism for documents that hold extremely sensitive employee information. a support team that has always been responsive to questions I have had about setting up our custom workflows for the department. the software feels extremely solid and can handle a high volume of traffic without noticeable slow down or lag.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Especially when the email notifications can sometimes get quite intense if you set it up to receive regular notifications without managing well the frequency in settings. it can overrun your inbox if you aren’t judicious with the alerts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is a must especially if you need to handle high volume paper. it becomes the lifesaver for all administrative activities and thus would make your staff much more productive. it is the most efficient way of managing a bulk signatures that i have found till now.

I am hardly ever at my desk so being able to do everything from a fancy little device I carry in my pocket is a big win. Better than the other platforms for further the mobile app is fully featured, not some watered down website. I think it is the best out there because it is so fast and reliable even under a weak data connection in the field. it ensures my business is running whether i am there or not.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

However one thing i really like is offline mode where you can do the documents for signing even without internet access and it will sync them whenever you get back online. the signers interface is very intuitive as well and it seems to work flawlessly on all mobile browsers i have tried so far. it has definitely brought us a lot of business on the spot instead of rather waiting until we get back to office to send out a contract. The digital signatures look very professional and realistic which i like a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a little challenging to factor in the fields correctly via touch if there are many small text boxes. so it takes a little practice to know how to avoid frustration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great tool for the on the go worker. it is straight forward and good, which is ideal for busy professionals. you will absolutely notice a difference in your workflow if you start using this digital system today.
