What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

It is better than written records because everything is encrypted and so much easier to search for when i need to find an old agreement. i think it is the best because it integrates so well with the rest of the adobe suite which we already use for everything else. it has made our office much cleaner and more organized than it has ever been.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how i can organize my signed documents into different folders right inside the app so i can keep my different projects separate. the ability to add a "private note" to signers is also very helpful in giving them specific instructions that don't need to be part of the actual contract. the software is very stable and i haven't had any issues with data loss or corrupted files since we made the switch. it is a very reliable and professional solution for any office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The log off timer is a little aggressive me and i find that i have to keep logging back in multiple times throughout the day which can be quite a headache if i am busy at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a fantastic tool for anyone who wants to go paperless. it is secure and very easy to use and will help you to keep your business much more organized and professional. you will never want to go back to paper once you start using this.

we have internationational partners and this software handles the most complicated part of these relationships: the legal side. This makes it superior to other tools, as it is compliant with many international standards of digital signature. i chose it because adobe name is very famous everywhere which develop the trust with our global partner. it is the best b/c it eliminates all distance between you and your client

I really like the language support because it helps the signer see instructions in their own native tongue. it makes our process for all international deals much more professional and inclusive. the cloud storage is a huge help, too, because i can log into our signed docs from any computer in the world the software is quite stable and we have never faced any problem in cross border delivery of our signature requests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the cost for international transactions can sometimes be higher depending on what the legal requirements are in that country. it is also something to factor into your budget.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

But if your business global then you definitely need this software. its the best professional and compliant way i have found to manage international signatures. it will save you tons of time and money in shipping cost and legal fees over a year.

I also like the sophisticated workflow designer that can draw parallelisms in the routes without having to write any code. What do you dislike most about this product?

The administrative backend is notoriously slow, and querying historical envelope data directly through their reporting endpoints often times out. It is a dense business solution that is designed to be used by organizations that value lock-in more heavily than raw querying speed and developer flexibility.

The governance models have been essentially guaranteed by standardizing our internal database access request forms on this platform.
