Project Management Software Users Love Reporting Features, But Need Training Materials: SoftwareReviews 

Top six vendors for user satisfaction are Wrike,, Basecamp, Workfront, Deltek Ajera, and Trello, each earning a gold medal from reviews by real users. 
TORONTO,  June 25, 2020 - SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, announces the publication of its 2020 Project Management Data Quadrant Awards today, naming three gold medalists based on reviews by real users. The following vendors are leaders according to software users’ answers to questions focused on user satisfaction with features and capabilities, which have been crafted by seasoned IT industry analysts and backed by 22 years of IT research:

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint. 
Wrike earned a Net Emotional Footprint score of +96 and took top product for many product capabilities and features, including business value created and workflow management. with a Net Emotional Footprint score of +95, also did exceptionally well for many capabilities and features, earning top product for quality of features and availability and quality of training. Basecamp earned a Net Emotional Footprint score of +95, and did consistently well satisfying users, especially with its ease of IT administration. Workfront, with a Net Emotional Footprint score of +87, earned a perfect score for its mobile access feature. Deltek Ajera earned a Net Emotional Footprint score of +88, and satisfied users especially with its document management feature. Trello earned a Net Emotional Footprint score of +89, and satisfied users especially with its usability and intuitiveness. 

In general, project management software users were most satisfied with reporting features – and least satisfied with both ease of customization and availability and quality of training.
