TORONTO, 04 April, 2019 - SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class research and advisory firm Info-Tech Research Group Inc., has published its 2019 Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) Data Quadrant Awards, naming six gold medalists in the space:

·         Oracle ERP Cloud
·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
·         SAP Business All-in-One
·         Workday Financial Management
·         Oracle PeopleSoft, and
·         Deltek Vision

“A properly implemented ERP can have a huge impact on business outcomes.  This makes the selection of an ERP software system one of the most important decisions for any organization, and often one of the most significant costs. Recent industry trends including digital transformation, movements in cloud computing, and built-in analytics are also affecting how organizations need to think about ERPs,” said David Piazza, president, SoftwareReviews, “Today’s buyers should not only research ERP vendors for their functionality, but must take a more comprehensive view toward the long term relationship, and user sentiments toward the experience a vendor provides. Vendors on the other hand can leverage in-depth user reviews for continuous improvement to offer long-term value”.

SoftwareReviews’ Data Quadrant is based entirely on real user feedback and provides unprecedented levels of insights into data points per product within the category, making it the most comprehensive enterprise software review and assessment in the market today.

IT leaders, business professionals, and end-users evaluate vendors via a detailed online survey, examining relative performance across two axis: Product Features & Satisfaction and Vendor Experience and Capabilities. The reviews are then carefully validated through a robust quality assurance process, beyond checking for LinkedIn authentication.

Another key differentiator of SoftwareReviews, which also helps set the gold medalists apart, is the “Emotional Footprint” (EF) scoring.  SoftwareReviews’ EF tracks replies across 25 emotional response areas that span five categories: Purchasing, Service Experience, Product Impact, Vendor Strategy, and Conflict Resolution.  Since ERP has a very low average score for EF, the vendors who scored well had above average scores, including but not limited to: Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, and Deltek Vision.
