Software Reviews names eClincher, Oracle Social Cloud, and HubSpot Marketing Hub (Social) among Social Media Management Data Quadrant Award Winners.
Software Reviews’ Data Quadrant awards derive entirely from expert-user feedback. IT leaders, business professionals and end-users evaluate vendors, examining relative performance across two axis: Product Features & Satisfaction and Vendor Experience & Capabilities.
Social media has become an integral part of daily life over the past decade. As a result, influence across social media platforms has become a crucial element of business models. A strong presence across an array of platforms can help increase positive visibility for brands, allowing them to reach new audiences and engage their existing customers.
The SMM category featured nine vendors in total, with eClincher, Oracle and Hubspot clearly standing out amongst the competition. eClincher showed exceptional scoring across all elements of the reporting evident in their positioning as the defined leader in the Data Quadrant. Oracle and Hubspot both displayed strong feature scoring as well as vendor experience and likeliness to recommend scores, respectively.
About Data Quadrant Awards and Software Reports
Software Reviews Data Quadrant Awards are awarded annually to recognize outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their users. Top vendors in a software category are eligible to receive Data Quadrant Gold Medals, provided their scores meet the threshold for sufficiently high user satisfaction across four areas of evaluation: vendor capabilities, product features, likeliness to recommend, and vendor experience. Full vendor evaluations are available in our in-depth software evaluation reports.
