Software Reviews’ Data Quadrant awards are created entirely from expert-user feedback. Vendors are evaluated by IT leaders, business professionals and end-users, examining relative performance across two axis: Product Features & Satisfaction and Vendor Experience & Capabilities.
BI solutions help companies retrieve and analyze data so they can make informed assessments and decisions. The spread of vendors throughout the category’s Data Quadrant illustrates the depth of field within a vital and evolving space of software.
The vendors who received Gold Medal awards displayed a variety of strengths. Dundas, Tableau, Zoho, Sisense and Information Builders were bunched in the Leader portion of the Data Quadrant, reflective of their consistently high scoring across all inputs.
Conversely, BOARD and Domo were featured in the Product Innovator and Service Star portions of the Quadrant, respectively. BOARD earned its’ Gold Medal based on exceptionally high Product Feature scores. While Domo displayed great service components and capabilities for its’ users.
