Identity Lifecycle Management The process of onboarding, provisioning, management of identity throughout the term of the association, deprovisioning and offboarding of customer identities.

Provisioning Deprovisioning (automated) Assignment of access based on role, department, location, job title and synchronization with directory services such as Active Directory.

Entitlement Management Manage the allocation of entitlements, including the granting, enforcing, revoking and monitoring.

Role-Based Access Enable different levels of access based on role e.g. administrators can modify and see all data or department managers have access only to their data.

Workflow Orchestration The creation and management of workflow to automatically route access requests, onboarding, offboarding, provisioning and other IGA tasks.

Access Request Management The processing of access requests, ensuring that the proper authority provides approval to grant access to the requestor.

Access Certification Validation of access rights, ensuring that an employee's access rights match those assigned to their role.

Password Management Ability to manage passwords for multiple systems, allowing an implementation of single sign-on, of sorts.

Reporting and Logging Ability to log access, logins, permission assignments/revocations and change in access assignment. Particularly useful for evidence in the case of audits.
