What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?

Features such as effective automation, remote monitoring, and great customer service complement a straightforward UI. It is highly regarded for the ways in which it streamlines IT operations, increases productivity, and makes IT management easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Previously, we were using another RMM and running into all kinds of problems and frustrations with patching, adding new systems, removing old ones, and more. Using NinjaOne has proven to me and my team that there is a better way to implement changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't personally have any, but NinjaOne is constantly being updated and improved to better suit our needs. We are also looking forward to the next enhancements and additions that will further solidify NINJA RMM's position as the industry standard for MSPs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

NinjaOne simplifies IT operations, boosts productivity, and frees IT workers to work on strategic projects rather than administrative activities by resolving these problems. This helps businesses because it boosts productivity, lowers expenses associated with IT, and strengthens the safety and reliability of their systems.

What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?

Policy, remote assistance, alerting, updating, overall statistics, and reporting are just a few of the ways in which NinjaOne has simplified the work of our internal IT department. Since I consider Ninja to be among the greatest options available, I have suggested it to other internal IT departments and to my MSP friends.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Built-in scripting capabilities and remote management have helped us become a more effective department that can provide genuine assistance to all end users. We were able to save money by using NinjaOne as our one-stop shop for all of our IT needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The majority of Ninja's drawbacks stem from the software's user interface (UI). For example, grouping NMS and endpoints into a single list is a major source of UI clutter. Problems with connecting and starting remote management sessions are common. Once you've gotten over the initial setup, patching and management are smooth sailing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Both Windows and Linux now have reliable patching capabilities. Powershell/Terminal access and automation scripts are also very helpful features. Compared to other tools I've used, it's met my needs the best. Additionally, we have reduced the amount of time spent switching between remote administration, scripting, or patch management dashboards.

What differentiates NinjaOne from other similar products?

Most features of NinjaONE require no configuration because to its simple design. Over the years, we've utilized various RMMs, most of which are too complicated to configure. Our satisfaction with NinjaOne much exceeds that of any other RMM we've tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Access to mission-critical information is straightforward, user ticket reporting is simple, remote access to servers is straightforward, and file backups appear to be doing their job. Once the client has been installed on the distant machine, NinjaOne makes it simple to administer its settings. Facilitates remote Windows upgrades and app installations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my experience, the Ninja portal does not list all of a computer's installed programs. The software inventory does not reflect the presence of programs installed in the user's home directory.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's quite helpful for debugging, keeping track of warranties, and deciding whether or not to trash a computer by keeping track of numerous critical facts about our clients' devices.
