What differentiates Mediafly Engagement360 from other similar products?
Mediafly has a great support team. They are always there to answer questions and take their time to walk my team through trainings and further requirements to enhance the usability and effectiveness in the platform. Mediafly has a aesthetic look and feel to their platform which is warm, inviting yet professional and clear-to-follow across both internal stakeholders and external facing stakeholders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of the product is the analytics portion. As a marketing professional, it is insightful for me to see which content that has been created is being leveraged most. This allows me to make data-driven decisions in creating further collateral for new and upcoming campaigns that will help faciliate and drive customers conversations for both prospect/new contacts and the sales team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The largest opportunity for improvement in this product is the data integration from the current platform we are currently using into Mediafly. This has been a lengthy and on-going process and is hindering the time to market in which we can actively promote the Mediafly system to our stakeholders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend strongly leveraging the support team - they are a professional and knowledgeable team and are available to hold your hand through every step of the process. This is very important as there are a lot of different moving parts from start-to-finish when integrating.
