Jira: Most popular & beneficial tool in market!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira has a wide range of services. No other products in the market provide such concise, long list of services. Everything from Task management to sprint planning is handled well in Jira.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect has to be the intuitive nature of Jira. When I click on any of the new options to check out the functionality of the feature, the learning curve isn't much. Someone who started in software development to someone with 10+ years of experience in project/agile product management can get hold of Jira quickly. I primarily use it for sprint planning and task management and to regularly update the status of tickets. All this is extremely streamlined and easy to do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about Jira is there's too much information on a single page. Sometimes it gets too overwhelming to use a singular feature. It takes time to navigate and understand features, all this while being on a single page. My advice would be to make Jira less cluttered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it. It is easy to use, preferred my mostly all the companies and organisations, gives great licensing advantages and extremely beneficial if you want to stay on track as an employee.
