What differentiates Jama Connect from other similar products?
The possibilities to integrate this tool within our IT-landcape and with our other engineering tools is for us a leverage to success.. Also it was easy to navigate amoung different baselines and projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Icons are easy to understand Adding new projects in jama along with the TC templates, can be done in minutes Ability to lock our Test cases and Results so that our data is safe and secured
What do you dislike most about this product?
customer service team just try to close the tickets even though there is a problem in design. it seems customer service only care about coding bugs and not design issues. In addition, when I report an issue if (that is a new feature) I needed to log in the new feature in a different community.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would consider this software if you are okay without the help of tech support. I honestly felt that they were zero help to my organization and we had to figure out everything on our own.
