What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?

Bullhorn offers a nearly entirely customizable answer for any recruiting workflow. I use it strictly for Perm Recruiting and have the Enterprise solution, which permits you to ultimately build out and customize your workflows, adding steps and needs when needed to make sure all recruiters are doing the same process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bullhorn provides tracking of candidates and adds different features in keeping with your requirements. I prefer it because it is extremely customizable and you can mold the interface with any approach you want. You can choose different tabs according to your demand and might set it as default to checking the desired data whenever you open it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bullhorn is incredibly complicated to understand. It’s hard to use and not very much liked amongst recruiters working for various organizations. It’s so many options to explore that it makes it hard to understand who has ne’er used the other ATS in their past. Also, it’s slow in process and takes a lot of your time to boot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d advise that they use it more often and explore it at best because it features a lot of unknown options that are helpful in staffing. Individuals can also use it for recruiting by using internal information if they add as several resumes as possible to create it efficiently. It is so promising product and if anyone needs a tool for ATS they should try this.

What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?

I have used Bullhorn with 4 different companies in the past, both in healthcare recruiting and also insurance staffing. It is an excellent ATS system with many capabilities, and easy to use as well. I liked it so much that I looked into utilizing it at my current employer, but found out it is geared mainly for third party recruiting agencies, and not corporate business recruiting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The multitude of functions available and the ease of tracking candidates through the process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside I had was that sometimes the system went down too often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a third party staffing agency regardless of industry, I would highly recommend utilizing Bullhorn.
