What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?

In Avaza, users can manage all aspects of their customer-centric business, including resource management, project and task tracking, time and expense management, quotes, invoices, and online payments. The software offers users the ability to drag and drop jobs and files as needed and enables online project collaboration with clients. Users can select how they want to view their projects and tasks using the project management module's list view and Kanban-style task management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In any plan offered by Avaza, even the free one, an unlimited number of project collaborators is allowed. Integration with accounting software. Integrated approach to projects and financial reports. Online time sheets and expense reports. Simple data import and export. Support for waterfall methodology.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is little guidance on using the day/week capabilities for time logging. A search engine that shows the title and keywords would be helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Avaza to manage all of our projects, timesheets, and invoices. It is already vital to our business and will only become more so. The product's usability and ease of use are both outstanding qualities, as is the customer assistance that comes with it.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?

Avaza is an online application if there is no internet then we can’t use it and also this application has a number of limitations. Avaza is a very reliable platform and another point is that I can easily create each project and tasks with very better qualities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avaza is an excellent solution that favors the work of designing software architecture and details with team members about project managers, systems analysts, programmer analyst and software engineers leads to cooperation and effectiveness in team communications. They contain lists of tasks, images, attachments, delivery dates, color labels and comments, allows you to add cards describing what each color means, the virtual board is flexible collaborative and very easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing is that I want it to remind every day about the approaching deadlines and list of daily tasks but I can only see a due date and a one-time reminder tied to it with no option to make it recurring. It seems to me that some points could be improved as the customer service would be less useful and very difficult to contact and solve the problems. Another thing the notifications section can be a bit cumbersome when it comes to work and finally the option of adding buttons to the board sometimes takes time to execute.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really like this tool because I can carry out all tasks and projects perfectly. It offers a great experience when executing my projects and tasks. Avaza is very convenient and useful option to receive notifications about any situation, or changes to consider in the process quality tests of software’s as planned and with the conditions of the customers.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?

Avaza is mostly used for task tracking and project management within our company. By removing mundane, repetitive duties, it frees up a significant amount of time each week. Avaza performs an excellent job of keeping tabs on and assessing how well our initiatives are progressing. It's useful for pinpointing bottlenecks and other areas that require immediate attention. Avaza is vital to our organization, and we use it across many departments, including Admin, BD, and Tech Serv.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are both hard-working teams and smart ones. When working on numerous projects at once, it might be difficult to keep track of everything. Fortunately, Avaza can help you become the latter. From team calendars and time tracking to monitoring of individual tasks and subtasks, it has it all. What I like best is that we can easily switch between List View, Kanban, and Gantt charts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice if photo attachments in the chatbox could be seen as screenshots without having to download the file. The quoting system works well in general, however it lacks the adaptability necessary for our purposes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our team relies on Avaza to keep track of all our projects, time logs, and invoices. It's crucial to our organization now. This product is fantastic, and the customer service is second to none. Avaza is the first project management system we've explored that effectively connects our day-to-day operations with billing and reporting.
