What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about Zoho CRM is its organization in the interface and its ability to collect all the information about a customer's deal. Zoho CRM is able to collect accurate information from the entire customer service process, and automatically performs a graphical analysis in which the growth in customer acquisition is reflected, and the satisfaction of each of them is also reflected. customers in general. What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
I can integrate Zoho CRM with all Zoho products and much more, making it more convenient to keep everything in one place. Better results can be achieved by communicating with established clients and potential clients directly. This all-in-one platform helps us to maintain email marketing more efficiently, thus maintaining a more professional relationship.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a flexible and easy-to-use interface for practical daily use, within this platform you can easily monitor projects and also easy management with just drag and drop. I can see from different perspectives a complete task from a weekly or monthly point of view with everything and details and priorities. I like that it provides a tool to highlight the calls that have been made with potential clients and also that sales, first contacts with clients and prospects can be recorded.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being able to track email is not so clear on this platform, you have to resort to others such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, this is a bit disappointing since Zoho CRM is an all-in-one but sometimes it lacks the tools that are actually tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to use this product to the fullest, you can try connecting them with other Zoho platforms that may be of use to you and you will notice a change in the integration with other products. It is very easy to create reports, use the project pane, create entries, etc. You can use email campaigns to be able to have a more direct interaction with clients and potential clients.

This multichannel system offers me the ability to receive constant notifications about any movement that occurs in the process of interaction with customers, and also automatically alerts when a customer needs our support during the sales process.
