What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

In my opinion what sets Zoho apart from other tools I've tried is its email marketing and automation capabilities. I feel that another tool that I have been able to use like this that is similar is freshmarketer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that it is more user friendly when editing both the templates and their flow in a cyclic campaign, which is what I used the most. This allows you to keep in constant contact with your database, and the fact that you can integrate it with your CRM to keep the information updated in two ways.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well something that I don't like a little bit is the lack of utility when buying the zoho campaign license to buy a Zoho ONE license for example. buying the campaign license only limits you too much in the use of the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reviewing the requirements and parameters of the company and the business model, it is important to highlight all the pros of Zoho as well as the major cons of the whole setup and configuration process, which takes time and expert help, otherwise you might find yourself going around in circles.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

It has schedule rules that anyone can use to schedule at what time to make send out an email, Also the tool has a lot of templates that can be used to create a good email that attracts more sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the software pricing as does not cost a lot money to use and billing and subscription is due to the size of contact list, you can easily export and import contact list. I also love the user interface which is so easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some campaigns gets rejected especially when you contain keywords in the email body that has financial terms, another downside of the software is that support team takes longer time to respond to questions and the custom code especially the HTML code do not appear in the email sent but would appear in the campaign preview before sending the email

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the software because it has even a trial period so you can try the product before making an informed decision of making a purchase

Zoho Campaigns offer wide range of features to rum email drip campaigns and track CTR's and Open Rates with ease making it a great product to enhance your sales pipeline using email as a channel.

Email Campaigns, Templates, Open Rate tracker, Automation of drip campaigns

Nothing to dislike about this product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great too to automate email campaigns and generate revenue by building a sales pipeline via emails only.
