What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?

With the help of Zoho Assist, technicians may access and operate computers and other remote devices, which enables them to solve problems or offer help even when they are not physically there. It is now simpler for users to share crucial files during remote assistance sessions because they can move files between their local device and a distant computer. Helping users with numerous displays is made easier with Zoho Assist’s support for multi-monitor setups. For jobs that need continuous assistance or maintenance, it can be used by technicians to connect to distant computers even when the user is not there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Assist is safe and dependable, and since it is web-based, it is compatible with any device. I like the UI because it is intuitive and concrete; it is also very easy to navigate. Zoho Assist enables me to remotely assist customers or coworkers with just a few clicks; just provide the session ID, guide them to the web page, and I am in. I also like the smartphone app; I use it frequently on my Android device and it works great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is nearly hard for me to use other tools when I am in an active session; even simple tasks like opening a file or running a query become challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Assist is a web-based, all-inclusive solution for unattended access and remote support. It doesn’t require any prior installation, and it works on any device. I can access computers and mobile devices with Zoho Assist effectively, securely, and reliably at any time; I can chat, share a screen, and transfer files with customers during a session. Additionally, I can record the section, which helps assess and improve the processes that occur.

What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?

To remotely access co-workers' terminals, our company uses Zoho Assist, such as those in a different city than the headquarters, to provide remote assistance and help resolve any issues that may arise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the help of Zoho Assist, we were able to streamline our remote support for our coworkers, making it easier than ever to provide them with assistance when they needed it. We were also able to assist them in resolving issues with their equipment that were limiting their productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using Zoho Assist causes a significant slowdown in my computer's response time and a noticeable increase in the amount of time it takes for other programs to complete their own tasks in the background.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To assist them in the event of an app crash or internet connection issue; With Zoho Assist, I can quickly and easily collaborate with coworkers by sharing the screen, transferring files, chatting, and even taking control of the computer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This helps organizations save a ton of money and effort, which they can use into expansion rather than managing various software systems. Furthermore, teams are able to collaborate and produce superior outcomes because to the well-integrated and user-friendly tools available across all platforms. This facilitates effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Zoho One provides access to a wide variety of software, it is not without drawbacks. These include bad customer service, a complicated setup process, exorbitant costs for adding new team members, and a dearth of distinctive features in comparison to free or low-cost alternatives.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho One is an all-in-one business solution that provides a plethora of useful features. The tools work together seamlessly, and I never had to flip between them to use their individual functions.
